Dear Valued Customers,

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book an appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH or ZELLE after services. Hair is included in the service price, except for a few select services.

Timeframe/Lateness Policy

1. Completion time varies based on size, length, and assistant availability. Please be prepared to stay longer than expected. Enjoy Netflix and Wi-Fi during your visit.

2. If you are bringing children for a hair appointment, they must be between the ages of 6 and 10.

3. Please note that arriving late to your appointment may disrupt our schedule. Please make every effort to be on time or no more than 15 minutes late. A call should be place if lateness would be more than 15minutes.

4. If you need to reschedule, please log in to your dashboard to make the necessary changes.
